Business Travel Booking Process
1. Client can either fill out our inquiry forms on-line or download our business travel planning work sheet and either email support@chinaelegance.com or fax 650-472-3691 to us.
2. Specialist in China Elegance Travel Network will contact with client for more information and complete a business service proposal
3. Client confirms final travel plan/proposal and pays invoice accordingly.
4. China elegance will work on detail
appointments and communicate any changes and progress.
5. Once we confirm all the necessary details/appointments in the proposal, you will paid the final amount for the trip according to invoice.
